After the tragic loss of her son in 2016, Lolita Frazier channeled her pain into founding Strut Talk Runway Therapy. What began as monthly workshops evolved into a recognized nonprofit in 2019, using runway walking to impower individuals to heal from their pain.
Strut Talk Runway Therapy provides a unique blend of runway-based movement therapies designed to foster healing, personal growth, and development. We support aspiring models, and survivors of gun violence, domestic abuse, and deep grief.
From confidence coaching to runway training, our team is dedicated to impowering the world to STRUT Thru It.
